What are the return conditions?

The products must be unworn and unwashed.

Defective products damaged in shipping are always returned or exchanged.

 

How to refund?

After creating your return registration from the easy return section; You can send the product you want to return free of charge with ARAS Cargo with the return code given to you along with the invoice.

You can return the products you purchased together with the invoice within 14 days.

 

How to return the product?

After the product reaches us, the necessary control is made and your return is approved; Your refund will be made within 5 working days according to your payment method.
For purchases made with a credit card, the refund amount will be made to the card you paid for.
The return of purchases made with payment at the door; It will be made to the iban address you specified.
For cash on delivery returns, only  product price is refunded.
Payment commission at the door is not refundable.
